
Employee Termination/ Badge Deactivation - Reporting a Lost or Stolen Badge
Authorized Signer must log in to the Authorized Signer Portal to Deactivate a badge or report the badge lost or stolen. Refer to the Authorized Signer Portal Handbook on how to process.
When the Credential Center is closed you can drop the badges in the drop box outside of the Employee Service Center or mail it to:
